• I'm starting a new club at my high school where the goal is to make others aware of injustices and other calamities all over the world. Can anyone please help find some nonprofit organizations that we can contribute to or help out with? We've already started to work with Invisible Children, but I wanted to expand the club a little bit, branching out into other places of the world like Asia, South America, etc... And working with poverty, hunger, education, health, etc... I just can't seem to find any charities. Help please?
• Hello everyone, my friend has a root canal and she is in alot of pain, she's getting it treated tomorrow, but that's still aways a way considering how much pain she's in. Is there any home remedies you out there know of to use, to temporarily relieve the pain? Even if only a little, I'd really like to help her out, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. -She's also has taken some pain relievers to try and help, but it's not doing much. thanks so far guys. She's taken some ibprofens(sp?) so maybe it will start to get effective, anymore help is great.
• I just bought two feather pillows from Target and the little stems of the feathers keep poking through my pillow case and I end up pulling the feathers out because the ends keep poking my face. Does this subside after I've had them a while or is there anything I can do to prevent this? Theyre not coming out of the seems of the pillow, theyre coming out in the middle of the fabric.

• Competition exists in the daily life of all children, e.g., sports as well as other aspects of life. As a part of school, children participate in both academic and sports competitions and many people encourage this, saying that competition is truly beneficial to the growth and development of the child. But what influence is competition really having on the average schoolchild? Does competition prepare the child for tough competitors and challengers in the real world, or does it have detrimental effects on the child, teaching him or her to play rough, with only winning in mind? I would be sooo grateful if you could supply websites...

• When we got our fridge the guy who put it in said the ice maker wouldn’t work cause the water part on the pipe had a leak so we didn’t hook it up. But when I looked in my freezer there was ice and I don’t get that kind of ice no where. We don’t even buy that kind of ice or there isn’t a kind.
