- I just found one of my favorite shirts that I thought I lost! It’s a delicate white eyelet shirt which unfortunately doesn’t look as bright white as it used to look. I noticed on the tag it says hand wash only. Should I do just that, and hand wash it? What is the best way to hand wash a delicate white shirt? Or would it be better to take it to the dry cleaners? How can I make the white shirt bright white without ruining it? Any help I would very appreciate it :) - 28 February 2009

- I recently bought a hand made fleece shrug and it says to only hand wash the clothing. After wearing it to the club a couple times it has become…ripe. I don’t want to damage the clothing by washing it improperly. What is the best way to hand wash it? I do not have enough money to buy laundry or lingerie bags to put my shrug in while washing it. - My husband and I are thinking of getting a small house dog. I’d love to have one, but there’s so many people I know that have dogs in the house and it smells disgusting! My in-laws have 3 wiener dogs and their house smells horrible. I do not want to be like this!
